1. Select an appropriate piece of wood that's approximately 1"x1"x5 ½" long.

2. The wood has to be cut to approximate length of brass tubes that will be inserted in Step 4.
|

3. Drill appropriate size hole for brass tube to be inserted into the hole.
|

4. Glue is applied to brass tubes to be inserted into blanks.
|

5. Clean and trim the brass tube.
|

6. Wood blanks are mounted on lathe.
|

7. Wood is roughly turned to approximate size.
|

8. Wood is turned to its final size.
|

9. Wood is sanded up to 12,000 grit.
|

10. Four coats of finish is applied to wooden pen blanks.
|

11. Shows a finished pen blank on lathe before putting together.
|

12. Shows appropriate parts needed to put pen together.
